• Not to spread propaganda or content of a racist, xenophobic nature, or any type of illegal pornography, terrorism advocacy or against human rights;
• Not to cause damage to the physical systems (hardware) and logical (software) of TransferOnline, its suppliers or third parties.

6. Location Data Collection

The Transfer Online Driver app collects geographic location data (GPS) from the driver's device, including in the background (when the app is not actively in use), for the following purposes:

• Real-time trip tracking during the provision of transportation service.
• Route logging for auditing, security and payment calculation purposes.
• Driving telemetry (speed, braking, acceleration) for operational quality and safety purposes.
• Communication of the driver's position to the Transfer Online operations center.

Location data is stored on secure servers under Transfer Online's control and used exclusively for operational purposes of the transportation service. The data is not sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

The driver may, at any time, revoke the location permission in the device settings. Important: revoking it prevents the app from operating, as location is essential for the service.

Background collection is necessary because the driver may be on a trip with the phone locked, and the system needs to continuously record the route.
